Le département UX recrute un Manager Future of Food Foresight. Le poste est basé à Gif-sur-Yvette (91) sur le campus de Paris-Saclay, dans notre nouveau centre de Recherches & Innovation (R&I) - Daniel Carasso.

Au sein de la Recherche & Innovation (R&I) de Danone, notre équipe User eXperience (UX) contribue au succès de nos business locaux en s’efforçant d’apporter une expérience unique et valorisante aux travers de nos produits et de services pertinents pour les consommateurs.
Les équipes R&I de Danone, présentes dans le monde entier, s’investissent pour développer de nouveaux produits pour nos différentes catégories des produits laitiers frais ou d’origine végétale, de la nutrition spécialisée infantile et médicale, des eaux en bouteille en répondant aux attentes de nos consommateurs et en respectant nos engagements nutritionnels et environnementaux.
Aujourd’hui, comprendre et anticiper les tendances de consommation de demain, représente un enjeu stratégique pour développer et toujours proposer les meilleurs produits à nos consommateurs.
- Missions_
Sous la responsabilité du leader Future of Food - Foresights, vos principales missions seront de contribuer à:
- Inspirer la communauté UX et la R&I de Danone pour identifier et anticiper les tendances futures susceptibles de changer les comportements et les usages des consommateurs et ainsi impacter nos catégories de produits et nos portefeuilles de marques.
- Nourrir nos plateformes stratégiques de bénéfices en définissant les opportunités de croissance impliquant le packaging/emballage de nos produits, les recettes ou encore les technologies et la science.
- Travailler avec nos équipes R&I au niveau global, dans les zones et les CBU pour localiser les opportunités et influencer les roadmaps.
- Identifier de nouvelles méthodes et des partenaires en recherche prospective axés sur l'IA pour développer les « trends & propectives 2.0 ».
Principales responsabilités:
- Détecter les signaux faibles, alimenter et surveiller les tendances pour différentes fonctions au sein de la R&I en exploitant toutes les ressources pertinentes et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités.
- Mener des recherches exploratoires pour comprendre les obstacles, les motivations des consommateurs/utilisateurs et décoder les tendances futures des nouveaux ingrédients, technologies et bénéfices santé.
- Contribuer à l'excellence dans l'identification et le suivi des tendances à l'échelle mondiale en mettant en place un écosystème de partenaires internes et externes (startups, universités, influenceurs )
- Aider à construire le STA (Scientific & Technological Asset) des "trends and foresights" en encourageant l'utilisation dans les zones/CBU des outils/plateformes recommandés
About You:
- De formation ingénieur ou université, vous avez **un Master en sciences humaines, en administration des affaires ou en ingénierie agro-alimentaire**:
- Vous avez à mínima **5 à 7 ans d'expérience en recherche consommateur** **(qualitative/quantitative), de préférence dans l’innovation produit, l'expérience utilisateur, les tendances de consommation**:
- Vous êtes capable de conduire et d'engager les partenaires de la R&I dans les tendances et les insights consommateurs
- Vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et vous arrivez à expliquer les choses de manière simple
- Anglais courant / Une langue supplémentaire serait un plus
- Vous avez une appétence pour les tendances, l’innovation et les technologies
- Vous aimez les challenges et savez prendre des initiatives
- Vous avez un esprit collaboratif et interagissez facilement avec les autres
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les nouvelles méthodes de travail qui exploitent les outils de collaboration digitaux, les plateformes d'écoute et d’édition de contenu et de vidéo pour développer une communication impactante.
