**YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE**:
This apprenticeship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison, starting September 2023 and for one year.

In today's business world, it has become vital to connect with outside innovation ecosystems and democratize innovation for all employees to develop new products. Danone has realized this and have implemented the Innovation platform to accelerate the achievements even more. Danone Innovation team is part of the Information Systems department of the Danone Group (IT&Data) and is currently seeking an Open Innovation Network and Communication Apprentice to join their team.

Supervised and trained by an experienced manager, you will evolve on the following missions:

- Create a borderless open innovation culture by building partnerships with external innovation communities
- Contribute to the management of Innovation Platform products:

- You will work closely with the provider of the Innovation Platforms to ensure that the Innovation Platform is working problem-free, and the products are meeting the required standards set by the users.
- You will deal with the incidents about the products and get them fixed.
- You will be continuously taking the feedback and change requests from the users and utilize them to improve the products by working with the provider.
- You will oversee the projects related to the innovation platform’s product management to upgrade and improve the platforms.
- You will be responsible for the preparation and update of the tutorial documents of the Innovation Platform’s products
- Building and implementation of the communication strategy for Open Innovation and Innovation Platforms.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team to create a borderless open innovation culture at Danone. You will also have the chance to contribute to the management of Innovation Platforms and help improve the user experience for Danone employees. Finally, you will play a crucial role in promoting the benefits of Open Innovation and the Innovation Platforms to Danone employees through engaging and informative content creation and publication.

About you
**You are**:

- Available from September with an apprenticeship contract for a duration of 12 or 24 months
- You have a 4 to 5 year study level from university, business or engineering school
- Good communication skills. Easy to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the fundamental knowledge or idea about open innovation and open innovation networks.
- Proactive: Someone who can proactively search new ecosystems and build connection with them.
- Able to create content and use the tools such as Canvas or Adobe to design and create content for communication. i.e. posts.
- Able to contribute to the management of a product. Basic skills to act as a bridge between the user and the supplier of innovation platform.

**THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP / THIS INTERNSHIP**:

- 2 days/week teleworking
- 100% of your Pass Navigo
- Apprenticeship : your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, depending on your age and study level.
- Your internship will take place at our HQ in Rueil-Malmaison (92), located just in front of the RER A station exit. A brandly new HQ where you can will find a gym, a relaxed area, and a free access to our yogurts (yummy)
