Au sein de votre équipe
Vous intégrerez l'équipe et prendrez en charge la stack technologique du produit de LoadBalancing. Cette brique technologique inclut la fonction de Loadbalancing mais aussi le Control Plane spécific du Load Balancer et son système de monitoring
**En tant que Techlead vous participez**:
À l'amélioration de stack en proposant et contribuant au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, d'améliorations des performances, de la scalabilité ou encore de la résilience.
Aux recueils des besoins des équipes produits pour l'évolution du produit.
À l'animation les dicussions avec les autres équipes network pour l'évolution du produit de Load Balancing (certifications, intégration, release, fix,...).
Vos principales responsabilités
Etre le référent technique sur votre projet.
Recueillir les besoins métiers, les challenger et arbitrer les choix technologiques.
Evangéliser son savoir et partager les bonnes pratiques aupres de ses pairs et interlocuteurs métiers (Product managers, SA, marketing...).
Participer aux design architectures logicielles et d'infrastructures.
**Etre acteur de la gouvernance de la qualité (ex**: ROSI).
Contribuer à l'exécution de la roadmap dans son périmètre de responsabilité.
Contribuer aux choix techniques transverses en lien avec son domaine d'expertise.

Dans 6 mois vous
Serez monté en compétence sur le périmètre technique du produit de LoadBalancing et comprendrez le design de l'infrastructure de l'entreprise gravitant autour du produit.
Appréhendrez les enjeux techniques à relever dans 12 mois à venir.
Commencerez à construire la Roadmap technique de l'équipe.
Aurez contribué à certaines évolution du produit.

Vous avez une expérience précédente sur l'encadrement d'équipe technique.
Vous êtes expert des architectures réseaux.
Vous avez une expérience précédente sur du développement en C et/ou Rust.
**Vous avez un état d'esprit R&D**: from problem/idea, to state of art, to Proof of Concept to Product.
Vous avez une expérience sur des sujets de Load Balancing.
Vous avez des connaissances sur les protocoles réseaux et applicatifs associés TCP/UDP, ECMP/BGP, toutes versions de HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS.
