**Présentation de la structure**:
La Direction Générale Déléguée Recherche Innovation Valorisation (DGD RIV) soutient les conditions de développement de la politique scientifique et pilote les modalités opérationnelles des projets stratégiques associés, au sein des laboratoires et en lien étroit avec les partenaires du site.
- La Direction générale déléguée est organisée en 4 directions et 1 service- La direction Accords Propriété Intellectuelle et Valorisation
- La direction Développement Projets Recherche et Innovation
- La direction de la Stratégie Financière Recherche
- La direction Appui au Pilotage et Accompagnement Recherche
- Le service Management et Support aux Projets de recherche (MSPRI)

L’Université Grenoble Alpes a pour objectif de devenir un pôle universitaire de référence en recherche et innovation. Dans ce contexte, une Unité de Service REPSO a été créée en janvier 20222 pour renforcer l’accompagnement des projets de recherche institutionnels. Elle implique ainsi notamment les agents du service MSPRI auquel ce poste est rattaché.

Le service MSPRI est composé de 8 agents de catégorie A.

**Missions principales**:
Vous apporterez votre expertise et votre accompagnement sur tous les volets de management et de coordination, pour garantir, au sein des consortiums et auprès du financeur, la parfaite exécution des actions transverses au programme et des actions ciblées dont vous aurez la charge, et pour entretenir une dynamique collaborative entre les actions ciblées.

Vous travaillerez de manière resserrée avec le chef de projet recruté à Paris-Saclay et interagirez également au quotidien avec les gestionnaires finances des laboratoires ), avec les autres chargés de projets au sein de la DGDRIV et en tant que de besoin avec les autres services d’établissement pour assurer la bonne coordination de toutes les parties prenantes à la gestion de ce grand projet de recherche.

**Activités principales**:

- Vous participerez à la mise en œuvre du plan d’actions en cohérence avec les objectifs du projet et vous vous assurerez de son bon déroulement. Pour cela, vous devrez:
- Assurer la coordination administrative et financière du programme - Financement des projets ciblés sur 7 ans et du programme sur 8 ans - budget d’un projet ciblé : ˜5 millions d’euros, budget global du programme : ˜38 millions d’euros
- Accompagner les quatre directeurs scientifiques et les coordinateurs des 4 projets ciblés dans leurs rôles de coordination et d’animation notamment en organisant et suivant les réunions des différents comités, les événements et actions de recherche, d’enseignement, de dissémination, et en participant à l’élaboration des comptes rendus scientifiques.
- Coordonner et anticiper la rédaction des rapports et des livrables, rédiger et examiner les rapports non techniques. Faire un reporting régulier. Coordination opérationnelle des rapports et évaluation (remontées d’indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs).
- Conseiller les quatre directeurs scientifiques du programme et les coordinateurs scientifiques des 4 projets ciblés sur la stratégie, la prévention et l’atténuation des risques ainsi que la résolution des conflits.
- Proposer et mettre en place des actions de communication interne et externe du programme (réunions régulières, événements, plaquettes, site web, etc.).
- Contribuer a? la mutualisation et aux échanges de bonnes pratiques au sein du PEPR et entre PEPRs.

Vous serez référent.e de la gestion juridique des contrats et pour cela vous piloterez la mise en place des avenants à la Convention attributive d’aide ou autre acte contractuel en lien avec les services de l’Université Grenoble Alpes (RH, finances, juridique, communication) et avec l’ensemble des partenaires du programme (CNRS, Inria, Universités) ainsi que l’Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR).

**Compétences attendues**:

- Méthodologie de conduite de projet
- Maîtriser la réglementation communautaire (règles juridiques, administratives et financières) de financement de la recherche publique nationale et européenne
- Maîtriser l’anglais : niveau C1/ C2
- Conduire une démarche de projet en environnement international
- Savoir utiliser les outils bureautiques classiques et logiciels de gestion de projets
- Capacité à fonctionner en équipe en mode « projet » et à se coordonner avec l’ensemble des partenaires et fédérer autour de ses actions
- Posséder des capacités à anticiper les points de blocage ou gérer les situations délicates)
- Savoir rendre compte
