**Job Description**:
General information: Dans un environnement international, au sein d'un Groupe International, aide la Direction dans l'orientation et le suivi de la strategie qu'elle s'est fixee. Participe a la definition des objectifs et anticipe les resultats. Etablit le schema directeur des budgets. Exerce en permanence une surveillance des indicateurs de gestion mis en place pour evaluer l'activite de l'entreprise, et fournit les informations a la Direction. Apprecie les causes et les effets des ecarts identifies entre les objectifs et les realisations. Peut proposer a la Direction des actions correctives a mettre en oeuvre.
Responsibilities: Tout en respectant les regles internes du Groupe, le poste est centre sur l'exploitation d'elements chiffres (en particulier sur les comptabilites budgetaires et analytiques) :. Supporter la direction financiere et le Business controleur dans leurs missions du fait de la mise en place du nouvel SAP. Assurer le reporting mensuel-trimestriel (realise/budget/previsions).. Gerer les centres de profit et de frais et se coordonner avec les services financiers et comptables.. Preparer et coordonner les previsions d'activites en termes de budgets, d'estimes mensuels, d'organisation et de moyens (activites operationnelles, services centraux, agences et ateliers services).. Elaborer et adapter en permanence les outils d'analyse, les indicateurs et procedures du controle de gestion a l'aide de traitements informatiques.. Suivre l'activite en collectant les informations aupres des Directions Operationnelles.. Identifier les ecarts significatifs entre les realisations et les previsions.. Mesurer et analyser les ecarts sous forme de statistique, de tableaux de bord commentes, de rapports d'activite.. Assurer la retransmission commentee des informations aupres du Directeur Administratif et Financier et des Directions Operationnelles.. Gerer et suivre les projets de ventes de produits et services (couts, previsions, tresorerie, analyse des risques).. Participer a des missions transversales (finance et informatique).. Supporter les operationnels au niveau des contrats (offres, conditions commerciales, rentabilite ).. Peut etre amene a proceder a des arbitrages delicats.. Assurer la documentation requise par Sox et le suivi.
Your background:. DECF + Universite, Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion et/ou de Comptabilite. Experience requise : +5 ans en controle de Gestion. Anglais courant obligatoire. Connaissance de la comptabilite et SOX (Controle Interne). Mobilite : des deplacements sont a prevoir. Qualites requises : Autonomie, sachant prendre des initiatives et resoudre des problemes et possedant un esprit d'analyse. Apprecie le travail en equipe.. Travail intensif lors de periodes decisives (clotures mensuelles, budget). Interet important pour les outils informatiques : ERP (SAP) EXCEL, BO..
