Principales responsabilités du Night Auditor:
**Commercial**:
Ø Accueille, renseigne et fidélise le client
Ø Connaît les prestations offertes par l’hôtel, en informe le client et l’encourage à les utiliser
Ø Connaît l’environnement de l’hôtel : situation géographique, concurrence
Ø Reste constamment à l’écoute du client et cherche à répondre le plus rapidement possible à ses demandes
Ø Garanti la qualité de son travail et de la prestation proposée au client
Ø Cherche à fidéliser le client
**Technique**:
Ø Enregistre les arrivées et les départs des individuels et des groupes
Ø Transmet les informations nécessaires aux autres services
Ø Tient le planning des réservations à jour
Ø Gère les plaintes
Ø Maintient une extrême confidentialité par rapport aux clients
Ø Etablit la facturation selon les éléments fournis par tous les services de l’hôtel
Ø Assure la clôture des opérations de la journée
Ø Etablit chaque nuit un rapport des activités et des incidents intervenus et passe les consignes à l’équipe de jour
Ø Assure une parfaite confidentialité concernant le client
**Gestion**:
Ø S’assure de la solvabilité de son client
Ø Assure la clôture des opérations de la journée
Ø Prépare les listes d’arrivée, de départ, de résidents, de VIP attendus
Ø Prépare les dossiers débiteurs pour la comptabilité
Ø Contrôle le rapport de la Gouvernante et la prévient en cas de différence
Ø Contrôle à sa prise de fonction à sa fin de service son fond de caisse
