Au sein de notre département Service, nous recrutons notre futur **Field Service Engineer **en CDI.

Au sein d'une équipe de 3 personnes, vous êtes en charge de l'installation et de la garantie des équipements Applied Materials sur site client. Vous êtes responsable d'organiser l'avancement de l'installation en coordination avec les équipes d'installation, et la résolution des pannes sur les équipements en installation et en garantie. Vous travaillez sur des équipements variés, et de dernière génération.

**Vos missions principales**:
Contact avec le client : meetings quotidiens avec le client pour définir les priorités de la journée

Résolution des pannes (travail en équipe avec la business-unit aux Etats-Unis)

Gestion des pièces détachées

Coordination de l'installation des équipements : gestion des plannings et priorités des équipes installation, pilotage des équipes d'installation

Reporting auprès du client : rapports d'intervention, recommandations

Amélioration continue, travail avec les équipes qualité

Remise en question permanente, mise à niveau régulière sur les nouvelles technologies Applied Materials

**Votre profil**:
Vous avez un goût prononcé pour la technique et vous aimez travailler sur le terrain.

Vous disposez d’une première expérience en maintenance industrielle

De formation master ou école d’ingénieur, vous disposez d’une première expérience de 3/4 ans sur un poste similaire, ou de types Bac+2 / Bac+3 en maintenance industrielle avec un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience.

Vous possédez une aptitude à la communication technique bien développée pour interagir avec les supports techniques internationaux.

Vous aimez le travail en équipe, avez une passion pour la maintenance et le goût de l’excellence.

Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet de comprendre des procédures techniques et d’interagir (oral et écrit) avec des collègues, clients ou fournisseurs basés à l’étranger.

Vous êtes disposé à voyager à l’étranger notamment dans le cadre de votre formation.

Salaire de base 13 mois
