Nous recherchons pour une entreprise de renommée internationale spécialisée dans le domaine de L'industrie, **un Business Process Owner H/F en CDI sur Levallois-Perret**

**Déplacements ponctuels à Strasbourg (le 1er mois)**

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Finance, Business Process & EDI, vous serez le point de contact unique (SPOC) pour les Processus SAP Logistique, Ventes et échanges de données informatisé EDI (OtC).

Plus particulièrement, ce poste vous offre les missions suivantes:

- Assurer la coordination interne et le support pour les projets SAP logistique, ventes et Echanges de données informatisées ("Order to Cash") avec:

- Les services Administration des Ventes (ADV)
- La production
- L’organisation informatique (Responsable informatique régional/Equipe EDI/Equipe ADV)
- La comptabilité
- Le responsable des données de base
- Suivre les demandes IT logistique et ventes en cours et soumettre les demandes IT pour de nouvelles intégrations ou changements,
- Effectuer des tests SAP,
- Guider et former l'Administration des Ventes pour la création ou la maintenance des plans de livraison,
- Guider et former les utilisateurs pour la mise en place des instructions d'emballage et des étiquettes clients,
- Vérifier et revoir l'exactitude des documents vis-à-vis du client,
- Analyser les erreurs liées aux échanges dématérialisés EDI:

- Intégration de données dans les processus entrants (prévisions, juste à temps, self-billing)
- Processus de sortie (envois, livraisons, factures)
- Proposer des améliorations et établir des procédures pour le processus SAP Logistique et Ventes et Echanges de données informatisées EDI.
- Réaliser des supports afin d'organiser des formations pour les utilisateurs,
- Assurer le maintien des relations avec les marchés commerciaux et analyser les demandes pour de nouveaux clients ou clients actuels.

Dans le cadre de ce poste, des déplacements sont à prévoir (fréquence à définir) pendant la période d’intégration, puis pour aller à la rencontre des équipes opérationnelles et commerciales internes et/ou des clients.

Profil recherché

Le profil que nous recherchons:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation BAC+3 à BAC+5 et avez une appétence pour l'analyse des processus d'entreprise et informatique.

Vous disposez d’une expérience fonctionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans l'utilisation du module Ventes et Logistique SAP (SD/LE) et/ou EDI (programme de livraison, transport, livraison, facture).

Vous agissez en tant que Business Partner : vous êtes reconnu(e) en tant que key-user et vous savez vous rendre disponible.

Vos interlocuteurs sont situés en France et à l'étranger, il s'agit notamment : des sites de production, des clients, du service IT Global.

Idéalement, vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance:

- de SAP et du traitement des Idocs (connaissance du module « Order To Cash »)
- des processus EDI dans SAP

Vous êtes à l’aise avec la pratique de l’anglais (B2/C1) et savez mener une discussion autour d’un sujet complexe (anglais technique). L’allemand est un plus.

La rémunération pour ce poste sera à déterminer en fonction de votre profil (expérience/compétences).
