YOUR ROLE
The Marketing Intelligence department is attached to the Shipping Commercial Management and aims to support the sales teams by enhancing our understanding of clients through the implementation of portfolio segmentation and the production of market analyses by industry. By collecting and analyzing data and information as part of market studies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will manage internal and external customer databases specific to market analysis, by evolving existing QlikSense dashboards, ensuring data and reference reliability, and developing calculation models and new tools necessary for conducting market analyses.
- You will produce market analyses for each vertical sector, including market size, growth, market share, and key trends.
- You will participate in enriching customer segmentation by ensuring the reliability of the model and underlying data, and by developing new dimensions.
- You will help formalize the results and conclusions of the analyses into marketing deliverables.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are preparing a Master 2 (BAC +5) in Commerce with a data analyst profile.
- You have strong data management skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel and Business Intelligence tools such as QlikSense for creating dashboards.
- You can efficiently handle large amounts of data, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
- You are proficient in at least one programming language such as SQL, Python, or R, allowing you to develop solutions tailored to the company's needs.
- You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- You are proactive and a source of proposals, actively participating in providing solutions.
