**Stagiaire Reward F/H**
**VOS CHALLENGES**:
Intégré au pôle Reward, vous appréhenderez les enjeux multiples qui touchent aux différents véhicules de rémunération français et internationaux (mise en place de schémas et structures de rémunération incitatives ; suivi et gestion fiscale et sociale des plans d’actionnariat salarié mondiaux ; analyse et revue de la situation fiscale des personnes physiques en France, etc.).
En son sein, vous y aurez pour missions principales de:
- Contribuer à la préparation et à la rédaction des analyses et consultations à destination des clients (incluant le travail de recherche y afférent) ;
- Participer à la revue et à l'anayse des plans d’intéressement étrangers et français ;
- Contribuer aux échanges afin d'assurer la bonne coordination avec les acteurs du réseau international KPMG ;
- Participer aux réunions avec les clients et aux diverses interventions auprès de nos partenaires.
Vos missions seront susceptibles d’évoluer en fonction de l’actualité du cabinet, des besoins de l’équipe, de nos clients, et de vos aspirations.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Vous préparez un DJCE et/ou un Master 2 en fiscalité. Vous avez idéalement,intégré une école d'avocats et visez l'obtention du CAPA.
Vous justifiez d'un premier stage ou d'une alternance au sein du département Reward d’un cabinet d’avocats ou d’un cabinet de conseil en rémunération, vous ayant permis d’acquérir de bons réflexes et des compétences techniques dans les dossiers qui vous seront confiés.
Vous maîtrisez Office 365 et les bases de données juridiques.
Vous êtes reconnu pour vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse ainsi que votre adaptabilité. Votre rigueur, sens des responsabilités et goût du travail en équipe, vous permettront de vous intégrer au sein de celle-ci et d'adhérer à la culture et aux méthodes du cabinet pour y évoluer avec succès.
La maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est un prérequis.

Vous serez basé à KPMG Avocats Tour Europlaza dans le cadre d'un contrat Stage.
