**MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES**:
Rattaché(e) au Contrôle de Gestion OPEX, vous avez en charge les frais généraux du Groupe.
A ce titre, vous établissez une consolidation trimestrielle du périmètre. De plus, vous produisez les reportings trimestriels, les flash/forecast et prévisions de fin d’année à destination de la Direction Générale, de la Direction Financière et des Directions Opérationnelles rattachées (Direction Générale, Direction des Agences, Direction de l’IT, la Cyber et le Digital,).
En outre, vous animez avec les Directions Opérationnelles le cycle budgétaire.
Vous fournissez également les analyses d’écarts à la Direction Financière Centrale pour les comités d’audit.
Vous êtes l’interlocuteur du département Agility pour le plan de suivi des économies sur votre périmètre.
Par ailleurs, vous contribuez à la fiabilisation et à une plus grande précision des coûts standards.
Vous serez en charge de l’implémentation du Reporting des G&A par membres du COMEX (« Cost per Ownership ») qui fera l’objet d’un suivi trimestriel (mise en place planifiée sur Q1 2023) et d’un nouveau process budgétaire.
Vous managez actuellement une équipe senior d’une douzaine de personnes structurée en 3 départements : Head Office, The Traveller’s Club, Group Tech (IT, Cyber, Digital) et Réseau des Agences, RO & GBS.
**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
De formation Master I/II en Comptabilité Gestion, vous avez 10 ans d’expérience minimum en contrôle de gestion ou en fonction corporate finance. Vous avez des connaissances comptables, et plus précisément des opérations de clôture. Parfaite maitrise des outils bureautiques. Vous avez déjà été l’interlocuteur de plusieurs Directeurs opérationnels et vous avez géré des équipes à forte séniorité.
