**Executive Briefing Center Event Planner (based in Colombes)**

**What is my role?**:
**The role is EBC (Executive Briefing Center) Event Planner, based in Colombes, just outside of Paris. You will report to the EBC Senior Manager. Together, as part of the EBC team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end visitor experience for customers and business partners who travel to our head office to understand how our technology solution can add real value to their business. This includes assisting with logistics for visits, when required, from booking through customer satisfaction surveys.**

**This role interacts with the entire sales and marketing organization as well as suppliers.**

**What am I responsible for?**:

- **You, like everyone on the EBC team, are responsible for the smooth running of customer visits. This includes stepping in to help with planning and logistics as and when required.**:

- **You are willing to learn quickly to give some showroom presentations in person and online.**:

- **You are happy to help assist and train sales colleagues on the booking process in SFDC.**:

- **You will provide regular EBC visit statistics to management and help plan ahead.**:

- **You will build and implement the customer satisfaction survey for all visits.**:

- **You will work with Business Divisions, sales, regional marketing and other stakeholders to ensure relevant demonstrations are in place for visits.**:

- **You work closely with suppliers (facilities, food, cleaning, technical, etc.) to maintain the location up and running.**:

**About you**
- **You have a Degree in Business/Communication.**:

- **Your English and French are fluent (other languages are a plus).**:

- **You have proven experience in interfacing with large multi-cultural teams.**:

- **You have very good interpersonal and customer service skills**:

- **You can handle emergencies calmly and take initiative.**:

- **You enjoy a fast-paced, international environment.**:

- **Knowledge of the telecommunication and IT world is an advantage.**

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role and have an appetite for marketing, and customer relations, or you have 3+ years of marketing experience in event planning/hospitality and an appetite for telecom industry

The role is based in Colombes, 5 days a week, to ensure optimal presence.
