VOTRE RÔLENous sommes à la recherche **Head Center of Excellence **H/F **pour le site de Paris La Défense.- QU'ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE ?- Poste de direction en charge du département centre d’excellence constitué d’environ 20 personnes
- Suivi des KPI’s de performance
- Coordonner et piloter les actions d’amélioration continue
- Définir l’évolution des méthodes et la standardisation des process
- Assurer le reporting de la performance
- Implémentation des nouveaux outils
- Conduire les initiatives d’optimisation
- Collaborer en transverse avec les autres départements au niveau France et groupe
- Développer les équipes dans un contexte de transformation
