Contexte:
Hitachi Astemo, ex Chassis brakes international est une business unit intégrée dans la division mobilité du Groupe japonais Hitachi. Elle est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication de systèmes de freins pour l’automobile. Son siège européen est basé en Allemagne, le siège français se situe à Drancy dans le nord de Paris. Hitachi Astemo, dans un effort d’amélioration de ses processus opérationnels et de gestion souhaite renforcer son dispositif de contrôle interne et donc sa fonction d’audit Interne pour répondre notamment aux normes édictées par le groupe japonais Hitachi auquel elle est rattachée

Description du poste:

- Il participera à l’amélioration de l’efficacité du système de contrôle interne de la Business Unit, à l’identification des opportunités d’amélioration des processus pour atténuer les risques liés aux opérations et de la conformité aux réglementations J-Sox telles que définies au niveau du Groupe.
- Il jouera un rôle important dans les phases de cadrage, de performance et de reporting des projets d'audit interne en Europe.
- Il participera à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre du plan annuel J-SOX
- Il effectuera les discussions avec les « control / process owners » pour mettre à jour les narratifs, les RCM, comprendre les contrôles clés et les risques associés pour les processus nouveaux et existants.
- Il effectuera les tests de contrôles clés. Cela comprend la coordination avec les « process owners » pour obtenir les documents nécessaires aux tests.
- Il contribuera de manière significative aux tests de remédiation J-SOX
- Il documentera les conclusions et fournira des mises à jour périodiques aux Manager et Directeur de l'audit interne.
- Il contribuera à préparer et sécuriser les audits Hitachi Ltd et aidera aux demandes J-SOX des auditeurs internes Groupe et externes
- Il travaillera continuellement à l’amélioration des programmes J-SOX afin de les rendre plus efficients et plus efficaces.

Diplôme et expérience:

- Bac +3 minimum
- Profile Ecole de commerce, IUT, DUT, IAE
- Première expérience souhaitée en audit opérationnel et financier
- Connaissance d’un référentiel de contrôle interne
