Dans le cadre d'une croissance d'activité nous recherchons un IT Deskside Support Engineer

La mission sera réalisée en collaboration avec l’équipe IT SiteOps, apportant un support aux utilisateurs locaux et à distance.

En tant que consultant Ingénieur Support IT Deskside, vous serez responsable de fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux dans un environnement d’entreprise.

Le consultant diagnostiquera et résoudra les problèmes liés aux ordinateurs, téléphonie, imprimantes, réseaux, gestion d’actifs, iPhones, Android, ainsi qu'à d’autres équipements et services informatiques. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise.

Expérience avérée en tant qu’Ingénieur Support IT Deskside ou dans un rôle similaire en environnement d’entreprise.

Compétences solides en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Bonnes compétences en communication et relationnel, avec la capacité d’interagir de manière professionnelle avec les utilisateurs finaux, collègues et fournisseurs.

Grande attention aux détails, à la précision et à la qualité.

Capacité à prioriser et gérer plusieurs tâches et délais dans un environnement dynamique.

Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en informatique dans une entreprise de taille moyenne (au moins 250 utilisateurs).

Expérience en gestion de dispositifs mobiles, y compris les appareils iOS et Android, solutions de chiffrement d’entreprise, gestion des PC/ordinateurs portables Windows via Active Directory.

Expérience avec les technologies de salle de conférence (MS Teams Room, équipements audio/visuels).

Le consultant effectuera également la maintenance de routine, les mises à jour, les installations et déploiements de matériel et de logiciels.

Le consultant travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe informatique et d’autres parties prenantes pour garantir une prestation de service de haute qualité et la satisfaction des utilisateurs.

**Tâches principales**:

- Réparer, remplacer ou mettre à niveau les équipements et dispositifs informatiques défectueux ou obsolètes.
- Installer, configurer et déployer de nouveaux équipements et dispositifs informatiques, en suivant les procédures et normes établies.
- Gérer et suivre les actifs informatiques, l'inventaire et les licences, en assurant la conformité et la précision.
- Documenter et mettre à jour les incidents, demandes, changements et solutions IT dans le système ITIL (ServiceNow).
- Escalader les problèmes complexes ou non résolus au niveau de support approprié ou au fournisseur.
- Suivre les politiques, procédures et meilleures pratiques IT, et respecter les normes de sécurité et de qualité.

**Implication**:

- Support Deskside et réparation des équipements défectueux.
- Intégration/sortie des employés, incluant la configuration et la remise des dispositifs, la connectivité des postes de travail, et la formation des utilisateurs finaux.
- Gestion des actifs et de la réserve de stock.
- Cycle de vie et mise au rebut des équipements informatiques.
