L’activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens conçoit des systèmes, des équipements, des capteurs et des services pour le contrôle du trafic aérien civil et militaire, la défense aérienne ainsi que le combat naval et terrestre.

Au sein du site de Vélizy, nos équipes hautement qualifiées conçoivent et produisent des amplificateurs de puissance (tubes à ondes progressives, klystrons, gyrotrons, sous-systèmes pour les Grandes Infrastructures de Recherche, etc.) à destination des marchés Défense, Sécurité, Spatial et Scientifique. Chaque jour nos cadres, ingénieurs, techniciens et opérateurs mettent en commun leurs savoir-faire unique au service de l’innovation.

**QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?**

Vous avez une expérience significative de management de lots d'activités d'ingénierie avec dimensions Système et/ou Software. Vous êtes aptes à manager en transverse. Vous faites preuve de motivation et de capacité d'animation de démarches de maturité de l'ingénierie. Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux et démarches de maturité de l'ingénierie. Vous êtes capable d'établir une vision et des roadmaps sur des sujets de transformation. Vous savez prendre de la hauteur afin d'adresser les difficultés et de piloter des actions correctifs. Vous avez un bon relationnel et des qualités de communication : capacité à expliquer et obtenir les informations et assurance de ses correspondants.

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Dans le cadre de l’Engineering Management Group de LAS, nous apportons un support aux Ingénieries des Business Lines de LAS et nous recherchons le référent de la pratique Engineering Delivery Management (EDM), Senior coach EDM, pour le périmètre LAS.

**Au sein du groupe EMG, vous prenez la responsabilité de la pratique EDM pour la GBU LAS.**

**Mettre en place le cadre organisationnel**
- Animation du réseau des HoeDs et des référents EDM dans les domaines
- Structuration des pratiques existantes (EVM, Risques, stratégie de développement, flux tiré par l’IVV, structuration PBS/WBS, animations et co-ingénierie, Project Engineering Dashboard et KPI, capitalisation, Engineering Data model, agilité, etc.)
- Identification des pains points, exploitation des KPI (EEI, DOTD) et des causes racines
- Coaching, accompagnement

**Mettre en œuvre les initiatives de performance de la north start LAS pour renforcer la capacité de pilotage et accompagner la croissance**
- En coopération avec la fonction B&P et la direction technique, robustification des actions de pilotage de la transition offre-projet, travailler le levier BVA/DVA
- Renforcement des pratiques de définition des stratégies de développement, intégrant le flux tiré par l’IVV et structuration de la co-ingénierie
- Renforcement des pratiques de pilotage, de mesure de l’avancement, de projection (avec la définition des Uses Cases pour les nouveaux environnements E2/LEWIS)

**Structurer un accompagnement terrain**
- Pour apporter un support terrain (mission Tiger), en lien avec la délégation de la design autorité ou sur demande des EMs (GBU et domaines), lors de plan de recovery, en phase de lancement de projets, etc
- Pour utiliser le réseau des EDM référents des domaines et développer la capacité de revues de pairs croisés pour challenger des étapes clefs des projets (lancement, rebaselining, offres, etc.)

**En coordination avec les ressources humaines et le réseau, travailler**
- Les grilles de compétences
- Les parcours de formation, upskilling
- L’approche coaching/mentoring

Vous travaillez en étroite relation avec le réseau des HoED et les Engineering Manager des Domaines de la GBU LAS.
