- ** WHAT YOU WILL DO**
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will champion the efficient and successful delivery of our software projects. If you bring a mix of leadership, communication skills, and technical prowess along with a proven track record in high-quality agile software solutions, you'll fit right in.
Your responsabilities will include:
- Supervise the successful and timely completion of software projects, always staying true to our agile principles and values.
- Work hand in hand with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and priorities.
- Develop and implement project plans that embrace iterative and incremental development cycles, ensuring on-time software project delivery.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and adapt plans and approaches as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Promote the adoption of cutting-edge software development methodologies, tools, and practices to boost productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards in software development, championing code integrity, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, gathering their feedback and requirements to align business goals and software delivery objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in adtech and software development, and weave relevant innovations into our software delivery processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.
- **WHO YOU ARE**
You will be a good fit for the Engineering team**at Adikteev if you:
- Demonstrate a strong technical background with expertise in agile software development methodologies and practices ;
- Have excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment. ;
- Know your way around Jira and Jira Structure, leveraging it for project management, tracking, and reporting.
- Show great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ;
- Have a solid understanding of agile principles and values, with experience with frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban ;
- Display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail ;
- Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment
- Are fluent in French and English
