Grâce à cette installation, notre ambition est une production annuelle de 16 Gwh de batteries lithium-ion d'ici 2025, alimentant ainsi 300 000 véhicules électriques par an.

**About this role**:
We are currently looking for our future Recruitment Specialist to join our team inGrenoble

This role will give you the opportunity to fast-track the growth of one of the fastest-growing companies in France in a field that is key for the energy transition and the relocalization of industrial jobs in France.

You will work with a multicultural and diverse team that is committed to delivering the best Gigafactory for battery cell production.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Sourcing and Selection**:

- On a regular basis, proactively explore all channels and processes to build diverse pools of talent
- Draft direct-to-market advertisements, taking into consideration the recruitment criteria and the current business needs with regards to talent.

**Recruitment Agency Management**:

- Act as liaison and manage all communications between Verkor and the applicable recruitment agencies
- Send out communication or requests to recruitment agencies in accordance with current resourcing needs and brief agencies regarding vacancy requirements
- Work with hiring managers to establish and ensure an understanding of recruitment needs

**Reporting and Metrics**:

- Determine with the Head of HR and Talent Acquisition Specialists what metrics are relevant and ensure that data is collected and captured to measure performance against metrics
- Calculate and submit cost to hire to the Head of Hire to offset against budget
- Manage and update data to enable Verkor to monitor performance against our Organizational chart and recruitment requirements

**Knowledge Sharing**:

- Regularly report on industry developments to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Continuously ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept updated with current market trends and changes by attending workshops, doing research, and networking.

**Requirements**:

- B-degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a direct headhunting / sourcing role resourcing preferably for a start-up. Automotive/battery/semiconductor/high volume manufacturing experience highly advantageous
- Experience with online tools and platforms.
- Experience in successful hiring to meet business needs
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing channel tools
- Experience in proactive enticement
- Understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Knowledge of recruitment system capabilities
- Influencing Skills
- Knowledge of French labour law and employment contract legalities.
- Knowledge of recruitment platform, Lever, clearly a plus
- Fluency in French and English mandatory.
