Job Description*
We are looking for our next **CMF Designer Footwear W/M** : *
**You will work closely with the creation and design department of the offer for WILSON Footwear.**
**Main activities**:

- Collect, consolidate, and report global trends in order to:

- Build the seasonal themes, their harmonies, and the palette with the Wilson têxtile team
- Build color strategies by product and segment
- Colorize the different Tennis and Padel Footwear products
- Contribute to the creation of relevant Footwear-Apparel assortments
- Create product assortments/segments related to merchandising tactics (Smus, Ltd Editions, range)
- Propose solutions of materials and finishes
- Define and integrate technical constraints related to materials and potential color consolidations.
- Create and update colorways for products and range posters (VLMP)
- Integrate colorways into the system.
- Participate to project groups and represent CMF design and its strategies.
- Monitor each project, from colorization to development, and ensure the conformity of colors, materials and finishes of the samples until final validation.
- Follow the CMF design process and schedule and meet deadlines to ensure the completion of each product/project

**_Activités principales : _**
- _Collecter, consolider et restituer les tendances globales afin de : _
- _Construire les thèmes saisonniers, leurs harmonies et la palette avec l’équipe têxtile Wilson._
- _Construire des stratégies couleur par produit et par segment_
- _Coloriser les différents produits Tennis et Padel Footwear_
- _Contribuer à créer des assortiments Footwear-Apparel pertinents_
- _Créer des assortiments de produits / segments liés aux tactiques de merchandising (Smus, Ltd Editions, gamme)_
- _Proposer des solutions de matériaux et de finitions_
- _Définir et intégrer les contraintes techniques liées aux matériaux et aux consolidations potentielles de couleurs._
- _Créer et mettre à jour les fiches techniques " colorways " pour les produits et les affiches de gamme (VLMP-Posters)_
- _Intégrer les colorways dans le système._
- _Participer aux groupes de projet et représenter le design CMF et ses stratégies._
- _Assurer le suivi de chaque projet, de la colorisation au développement, et veiller à la conformité des couleurs, des matériaux et des finitions des échantillons jusqu'à la validation finale._
- _Suivre le processus et le calendrier de conception CMF et respecter les délais afin d'assurer la réalisation de chaque produit / projet._

Qualifications*
Needed work experience : *
- 2 years minimum as a **Color-Material-Finishes Designer (CMF)**:

- **Footwear experience **is mandatory**

**Education **:3 years degree course in design or graphic arts minimum
**Foreign Languages**:

- **Fluent in English **is mandatory**:

- Other language skill is a plus

**IT skills**:

- Mastering Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Mastering Illustrator and Photoshop is **required**:

- Mastering InDesign is a plus

**Technical skills**:

- Knowledge of issues related to color and material
- Knowledge of current design trend

**Transversal skills**:
