Job Description*
We are looking for a **Designer W/M** to: *
- Create new and original products lines based on briefs, with the right level of performance and attractiveness, in accordance with Brand design strategy.

**You will work in close collaboration with our product marketing, marcom, R&D, industrial, service to athlete, testing teams as well as the Wilson Head Quarters.**
**You will report directly to the Footwear Design Manager.**
**Main Activities**:

- Build accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Draw and/or model design solutions for product lines based on brief
- Participate to group projects on behalf of the Design team
- Ensure the design’s sustainability and evolution until it’s production launch
- Develop the designs up to the samples in collaboration with the Development and Marketing departments and respecting the costs and deadlines
- Collect, fortify, and return global tendencies and competitive analysis to each designer on their segment
- Update files, tech packs, posters
- Define and address technical and cost constraints
- Ensure/validate sample compliance
- Produce and update execution documents for the Design solutions for product lines

- _Créer des lignes de produits nouvelles et originales à partir de briefs/notes, avec le bon niveau de performance et d'attractivité, en accord avec la stratégie de conception de la marque._

**_Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes siège_**_ _**_WILSON, Marketing produit, R&D, industriel, service athlète et Testeur._**

- _Dessiner et/ou maquetter les solutions design des gammes de produits à partir du brief_
- _Participer aux groupes projet et représenter le Design et sa stratégie_
- _Assurer la pérennité et l’évolution du design au travers du process de développement jusqu’à la mise en production_
- _Développer les Design jusqu’aux échantillons en collaboration avec le Développement et le Marketing et en respectant les coûts et délais_
