Purchasing Assistant

SML Import - Export, located in Marseille, is a company that specializes in commercial negotiation and development in the import - export of agri-food and agricultural products primarily from Vietnam.
- **Missions (with the help of supervisors)**:_

Contact supplier and search for new suppliers.

Negotiate and conclude purchases of any product needed.

Set up a supplier rating policy for collaboration.

Monitor packaging market trends: forecast price changes for the main raw materials and determine if there are opportune times to place orders.

Participate in expositions to seek suppliers.

Set up a dashboard for monitoring purchasing activities.

Contribute to the planning of the study-purchasing-procurement cycle.

Contribute to the development of the industrial plan and the sourcing list.

Prepare and manage calls for negotiation.
- **Required profile**:_

Ideally Bachelor / Master or equivalent in Business Administration.

Fluency in French and English is required, Chinese is an advantage.

Have knowledge of Pack Office (very good level of Excel and Powerpoint).

Autonomous, versatile, you demonstrate team spirit and initiative, as well as good analytical and communication skills.
