**DATA ANALYST H/F**

Au sein de la Direction Ventes et Copropriété, vos principales missions sont de:

- Organiser l’ensemble des données relatives à la cession des sites ;
- Participer à la structuration d’une base de données digitalisée et veiller à sa complétude ;
- Veiller à la qualité des données complétées et à la cohérence des fichiers.

**Réinventons ensemble le logement **

De formation Bac +2 en gestion, avec idéalement une première expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier. Vous êtes rigoureux dans le traitement des données et vous êtes agile sur les outils informatiques notamment Power BI, Dynamics, BO et IKOS.

Vous avez le goût du challenge et êtes force de proposition et vous vous intégrez facilement au sein d'une équipe dynamique. Vous êtes capable d’analyser des données immobilières, financières et comptables.
