**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe des « Risques Opérationnels » en tant que Risk Manager.
Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de:
- Collaborer avec d'autres services pour proposer des préconisations et suivre les actions validées en comité des Risques Opérationnels ;
- Analyser en profondeur les incidents opérationnels et suivre l'indemnisation potentielle ;
- Émettre des recommandations et déclarer les incidents dans la base incidents Groupe ;
- Analyser les risques opérationnels en identifiant les défaillances de processus et évaluer le DMR associé ;
- Travailler avec les départements internes et externes pour maîtriser les risques (clients, prestataires, etc.) ;
- Élaborer des reportings de risques pour la Direction Générale et animer des réunions de suivi des risques opérationnels.
En tant que Risk Manager vous contribuer à la diffusion de la « culture Risque » au sein d’Ostrum.

**Profil et compétences requises**:
A propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante, vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous
De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions de risques opérationnel, audit ou contrôles dans l’asset management ou la BFI.
Vous maîtrisez
- les produits financiers et les techniques d’analyse des risques ;
- les techniques d’identification, d'évaluation et de mitigation des risques opérationnels ;
- les process (Front, Middle, Back ) ;
- la règlementation applicable à l’asset management.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes:
- Rigoureux et réactif ;
- Apprécié pour votre sens de l’organisation et des priorités.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais avec un niveau B2.
