Pour que notre équipe de nettoyage travaille efficacement, nous recherchons des femmes de chambres ou équipiers honnêtes, fiables et appliqués(e)s. En plus des tâches habituelles de housekeeping, nous comptons sur l'équipe pour observer, anticiper et faire un compte rendu des éventuels problèmes dans les chambres, afin que chaque client puisse vivre une expérience de la meilleure qualité possible
**CHEZ SONDER, VOUS DEVREZ**:
- Accomplir les tâches de housekeeping comme nettoyer les salles de bain, les éventuelles kitchenettes, les chambres, changer les draps, nettoyer les fenêtres, les surfaces, les balcons, jeter/recycler les poubelles, aspirer les moquettes, nettoyer les sols, les poussières, etc.
- Gérer les stocks de savons, shampoing et autres articles présents dans les chambres/cuisines qui font partie de la marque Sonder.
- S'assurer que le mobilier, les appareils et les équipements sont propres et en état de fonctionnement.
- Repositionner les meubles et équipements selon la mise en place habituelle.
- S'assurer que les parties communes (lobby, escaliers, ascenseurs, couloirs, toilettes, etc.) et les parties réservées aux employés sont propres selon les standards Sonder.
- Accomplir des tâches de nettoyage en profondeur quand cela est attribué.
- Préparer le stock sur le chariot de nettoyage avec le linge et les consommables pour le jour suivant.
- S'assurer de la confidentialité et de la sécurité des chambres.
- Rassemblez les produits de nettoyage et le linge nécessaires dans un endroit central ou distribué, si applicable pour votre ville.
- Faire état de tout problème technique, dégâts ou question de sécurité dans les chambres ou l'immeuble.

- Une connaissance des produits d'entretien et des techniques de nettoyage.
- Une connaissance du nettoyage des équipements.
- Une endurance physique et une certaine mobilité qui permet d'accomplir les tâches de housekeeping.
- Un planning flexible qui permet de travailler les week-ends, les jours fériés et les vacances.

We are looking for honest, reliable, and hard-working housekeepers to keep Sonder running smoothly. In addition to general housekeeping duties, we rely on our housekeepers to be our eyes and ears in each guest unit, anticipating and reporting potential guest issues, and ensuring that each guest's experience is of the highest quality
**AT SONDER YOU WILL**:
- Perform housekeeping duties which includes but is not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, change linen and terry, window washing, surface polishing, balconies, trash/recycle removal, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, dusting
- Restock apartments with soaps, shampoos, various kitchen/apartment items and branded Sonder collateral
- Ensure all furniture, appliances and amenities are clean and in working order
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
- Ensure lobbies, office spaces, guest hallways, elevators, fitness centers, public restrooms, parking garages, stairwells and the back of the house areas are cleaned to Sonder standards
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Restock Housekeeping carts/closets with linens, terry and consumables in preparation for next day
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
- Gather necessary cleaning supplies and linen from a distributed or central location
- Travel to locations distributed throughout the city
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, security issues or damage of Sonder property
- Return supplies and equipment to a distributed or central location
- Conduct special cleaning projects as assigned
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:
- A professional with a positive attitude, who has the ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of a wide variety of sanitation products, cleaning techniques and methods
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Physical stamina
