L’un de nos clients, leader mondial dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, est actuellement à la recherche d'un Project Leader expérimenté pour rejoindre leur site basé en Belgique.

Nous cherchons une personne dotée d'une vision axée sur l'innovation et la durabilité, pour piloter des projets d'envergure dans un contexte écologique et technologique avancé.

**Vos Missions**:
En tant que Project Leader, vous serez au cœur du développement de solutions novatrices en prenant en charge:

- La réalisation des études de faisabilité, des études pour aménagement et des études de remplacement d’équipements types HVAC, black and clean utilities, etc., avec un accent particulier sur les aspects environnementaux.
- La participation active à la sélection et au management de proximité des collaborateurs, garantissant la réussite collective.
- La responsabilité des livrables critiques tels que les permis de travail, de sécurité, etc. essentiels au bon déroulement des projets.

**Votre Profil**:

- Formation Technique, Licence ou BTS dans un domaine pertinent.
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle, « idéalement » acquise dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, témoignant d'une solide expertise technique et managériale.
- Connaissance approfondie des black et clean utilities, démontrant une compréhension étendue des infrastructures industrielles et des systèmes respectueux de l'environnement.
- Personnalité : Vous êtes naturellement curieux, doté d'une capacité d'adaptation remarquable, calme et réfléchi. Vous êtes motivé par les défis et avez le désir de contribuer activement à l'évolution écologique de l'industrie de la Santé.
