About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC Operations Director Lead to oversee installation operations across South Europe countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing installation teams, ensuring project success, and driving overall business growth within the industrial refrigeration sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for installation operations in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of installation managers and technicians across multiple countries, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of installation projects, collaborating with installation managers to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure installations meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of installation operations, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability and achieve business targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Extensive experience in industrial refrigeration/HVAC installation, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams across multiple countries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia and/or Freon-based systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Languages: English and French required; any other language from the region is a plus.
