**À propos**

En tant que Field Service Engineer vous intervenez sur les opérations d installation et de maintenance sur site et à distance des équipements commercialisés par Elekta SAS (Radiothérapie, Curiethérapie, Neurochirurgie, etc.). Dans ce cadre, vous avez pour missions de:

- Réaliser toutes les interventions chez les clients lors des opérations d installation, de maintenance planifiée, de maintenance corrective et de correction de défauts d origine (FCO) et assurer la bonne fin de ces interventions.
- Participer au bon fonctionnement de l équipe support à distance, en plus de la possibilité́ d intervention service ou d installation hors de France.
- Être responsable de la satisfaction client des sites qui vous sont affectés ou sur lesquels vous intervenez.
- Renseigner le planning central pour la partie relative à vos activités et informer le coordinateur et/ou le siège du début et de la fin de ses interventions.
- Commander les pièces nécessaires à vos interventions et veiller au retour des pièces non utilisées ou défectueuses en respectant les règles de fonctionnement définies par le siège.
- Rédiger des rapports d intervention / installation que vous faites signer par un représentant du client.
- Demander de l aide en cas de nécessité notamment lorsque vous ne parvenez pas à satisfaire votre client dans les délais appropriés
- Être responsable de la déclaration du « Case » lorsque vous constatez un risque d incident et rédiger les éléments du « Case » en cas de défauts constatés sur le terrain
- Faire remonter toutes informations significatives à vos correspondants techniques ou commerciaux suivant les cas

Profil recherché

**Et vous ?**
- Vous êtes à mínima issu(e) d’une formation électronique / électrotechnique / mesures physiques / maintenance industrielle. Une formation supérieure en instrumentation et/ou maintenance biomédicale serait un plus.
- Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience significative sur ce même type de poste, idéalement dans le secteur médical.
- Votre logique d’esprit vous permet de comprendre rapidement les différentes installations et ainsi de trouver la bonne solution le plus vite possible.
- Votre relationnel et votre sens de la diplomatie vous permettent de vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs variés.
- Il est rare que les dépannages vous résistentVous avez le sens du service et êtes soucieux(se) de l’efficacité rendue.
- Vous savez travailler dans l’urgence.
- Vous êtes autonome et votre capacité d’analyse vous permet d’apporter des solutions adaptées.

- CDI, statut cadre
- Forfait jours
- 18 RTT/an
- Période d’essai de 4 mois renouvelable 1 fois et ne pouvant excéder une durée totale de 6 mois
- Localisation : Full remote + déplacements quotidiens IDF
- Démarrage dès que possible
