**Job Description**:
The Senior D&TS Interior Design Manager will help provide a better framework for the existing team by sharing projects and assisting them with the interior design portion.
Main accountabilities:
- Manage 15 to 20 projects (not all at the same stage of maturity)
- In constant contact with the VP Interior Design to be in phase with the hotel/partner's aspirations
- Ensure that each step of the mission (contract) is properly completed/documented in order to invoice
- Study with the development any potential project in order to help them sign the contract
- Responsible for the opening of its hotels/rooms so that the ENA Zone opens the number of rooms budgeted
- The Senior D&TS Interior Design Manager must create and maintain a good relationship with the partner throughout the project
- Ensure the best representation of the Brand while taking into account the financial requirements of the client
- Be the main contact for other ACCOR stakeholders (IT, operations, F&B&E..)
- Ensure the best Interior Design/Decoration while ensuring financial rationality.
**Qualifications**:
QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
- Trained architect with several years of experience as an Interior Designer OR Interior Designer
- Passionate
- Team spirit
- Adaptability
- Sociable
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Fluent in English and if possible Italian
- Good knowledge of F&B&E
- Good knowledge of the FF&E part
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Experience in a major agency for several years and if possible abroad
- Experience in several hotel projects, especially for PREMIUM brands
(within international brands is a most)
