**Job Description**:
The VP D&TS France, Italy, Greece, Malta, Benelux, North Africa will be a main contact recognized by our clients for her/his listening skills, her/his knowledge of the BRAND, her/his project management experience, her/his business P&L concept and her/his team management experience.
Main accountabilities:
- Provide a balanced P&L in the medium term (a few years)
- Be in constant contact with the VP Development and Operations
- Ensure regular contact with a few key partners
- Ensure the opening of the number of rooms announced in the opening budget
- Be in regular contact with the teams to listen to them and inform them
- Ensure that we stay within our prerogatives (contract / mission)
- Ensure specific management of hotels to be renovated
**Qualifications**:
QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
- Design school with a strong knowledge of BRANDING, project management, client (owner) management and team management
- Ability to listen and analyze
- Able to make decisions
- Team spirit
- Sociable
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Notion of business (having managed a business)
- Fluent in English
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Experience working abroad in an architecture and design firm.
Management of a company/agency for 5 years with commercial knowledge (customer relations, P&L....)
Experience in managing a team of at least 15 people
