**Team**
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.
**Role**
As an Android SDK developer in an ad network, your work will revolve around creating robust and scalable SDK that integrates seamlessly into various gaming environments. You'll design and implement the technical infrastructure to effectively fetch, cache, and display ads. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ad delivery system, often working to minimize latency, optimize loading times, and handle errors gracefully. All this will be accomplished while maintaining the best possible user experience.In this environment, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our talented team, unravel complex problems, and push the boundaries of our Android SDK.This provides a unique platform to learn, grow, and contribute substantially to our ongoing projects. You'll also delve into data-driven decision-making, working in synergy with our data analysts and engineers. This close collaboration will allow you to directly observe and understand the impact of your work on our games and ad delivery system.
You will:
- Be in charge of developing and improving Voodoo's Mobile SDK
- Write robust code - Kotlin, Java. Library: Jetpack Compose
- Monitor market trends in advertising and drive innovation in ad formats within our network, ensuring competitive and engaging ad experiences
- Improve CI/CD processes, automate tests and monitor the SDK
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the Mobile SDK is reliable and bug-free across multiple OS versions and devices
**Our Stack**:
- iOS development: Android Studio, XCode
- GitHub
- Cocoapods (public and private)
- Firebase
- Additional Skills**:Our diverse tech stack also includes Unity, Android Studio, and CircleCI. While these skills are not mandatory, experience in these areas would be considered a plus.
**Profile**:
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Java
- Experience with Integration testing or unit test and Unity is a plus
- Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
- Good Communication Skills in either French or English (English mandatory, French a plus)
- Enthusiasm for Gaming Culture
