We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Leadership Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering the Accor Global Leadership Programs, that inspire and empower individuals to unleash their full potential.
As part of your role, you will:
- Facilitate customized leadership development programs that incorporate positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and human connection.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that promote self-awareness, team cohesion, and leadership excellence.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and growth.
- Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments based on feedback and data.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or training.
- Deep knowledge of positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and human connection.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles, cultures, and personalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
- Certification in coaching or facilitation is a plus.
- Experience facilitating virtually and comfortable with a blended learning approach
