Pernod Ricard recrute un(e) Graphic Designer Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8).
- Vous travaillerez au sein du Center of Expertise Culture & Creative qui regroupe différentes expertises telles que la construction de stratégies d'identité de marque, le design packaging et space design, les collaborations avec les talents, ou encore les campagnes visuelles._

Vos missions clés ?

En tant que Graphic Designer chez Pernod Ricard, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler avec plusieurs de nos marques les plus excitantes des Vins & Spiritueux : des marques qui ont un héritage très fort, mais qui se développent rapidement et qui ont encore de l'espace pour la mondialisation.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au Head of Product Design. Votre principale responsabilité est de développer et de mettre en œuvre des produits et des outils graphiques performants tout en respectant les objectifs de la stratégie de la marque.
- Vous êtes graphic designer pour les marques de Pernod Ricard : création de l'identité graphique de la marque, logos, packaging & étiquettes, display, Layouts (Invitations, Powerpoint PR kit...)
- Vous êtes le gardien / la gardienne du look & feel du design des marques : vous encadrez l'identité graphique des marques en créant les règles et les directives, et assurez la cohérence graphique à tous les points de contact
- Vous gérez les relations avec l'équipe marketing, les équipes de développement packaging, les marchés, les agences externes et les partenaires créatifs
- Vous êtes l’expert(e) reconnu(e) pour toutes les demandes et tous les besoins en matière de conception graphique
- Vous gérez les relations avec d'autres experts au sein de l'équipe Culture & Creative
- Vous contribuez à la planification des ressources, du temps et du budget
- Vous êtes responsable de la création des dessins techniques, des rendus 2D et des modèles pour les productions
- Vous gérez l'ensemble de la production et des rapports
- Vous êtes le chasseur de tendances et l'ambassadeur de la conception graphique en interne et en externe.

Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler
- Avec une formation spécialisée en graphic design, vous avez une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une agence créative ou en interne en entreprise
- Vous êtes sensible aux thématiques RSE
- Vous êtes très créatif(ve) et passionné(e) par ce que vous faites
- Vous êtes dynamique, vous avez le sens du détail, de la qualité et de la structuration
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels 2D (programmes Adobe).
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des matériaux et des technologies de fabrication
- Vous êtes capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de rester calme sous la pression en gérant simultanément un grand nombre de projets de petite et moyenne envergure
- Vous êtes organisé(e), structuré(e) et savez ce qu'est une exécution de qualité
- Vous disposez d'une culture et d'un réseau étendus dans le domaine du design
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais
