We are looking for an External Communication Manager to join our Communication Performance & Category team
This CDI will take place in our Global Headquart in Paris.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Define and deliver** external communications strategy** leveraging the global reputation priorities and supporting with company announcements (inc. financial publications)
- Liaise with media, leveraging contacts across consumer, trade and business media and providing **strategic counsel** to local business partners
- Foster a consistent drumbeat of positive media stories proactively shaping media opportunities (press trips, background meetings, interviews )
- Work closely with **communications agencies**, to mine and develop new story angles
- **Measure impact** providing key learnings, in support of continuous improvement

About you
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree - preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
- **6-8 years of experience** either at an agency and/or in-house and have a previous experience of working in an international matrix organization
- Proven track record with executing resonant global PR program,ability to drive projects both independently and in cooperation with agencies or in-house teams
- A passionate publicist able to elaborate and pitch compelling stories to various type of publications
- A strategic advisor capable of assessing sensitive topics, fueling plans with insights and context analysis, to deliver appropriate recommendations
- You bring along excellent and proven writing skills in **French **and **English**
