MOLEX in Europe is hiring an Account Manager, based in France (remote contract). The Account Manager will take on regional responsibility for a global strategic customer within Molex and reports to worldwide account manager. This customer is a multinational company providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability. As a preferred supplier, we intend to further elevate our long-term partnership and engage with them for co-innovation and stronger collaboration. This individual will identify opportunities for growth that align with roadmap initiatives and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within Europe and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Own the account strategy within Europe based on global strategy and communicate to extended teams within the Molex and customer’s organizations.
- Focus on building long-term relationships; Ensure continuous customer engagement; drive direct and frequent customer interaction to understand and represent the VoC with a special focus on key R&D sites in Europe
- Provide continuous VoC to the Business Units to maintain a directed focus on where and how to grow; Proactively collaborate with the Molex Product Managers and Business Development Teams.
- Become conversant with Molex offerings and delivery mechanisms as well as capabilities relevant to the responsible account. Manage daily business effectively and focus on exploring solutions opportunities to accelerate profitable growth.
- Build a strong, steady pipeline of demand creation activities to fuel continuous account growth measurable by Salesforce performance to targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical area
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and network
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Located in France or willing to relocate to France
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to travel (40%)

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Experience in the electronics industry and/or manufacturing sector
- Experience with energy management and industrial automation businesses
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce
- Any other additional language skills
