Trainer and Coordinator

**Your Responsibilities**:

- He or she will be in charge of the trainings for the salesforce at factories, affiliates and dealers for excavators, mining trucks and dozers._
- _ Improve a training concept for mining product training_
- _ Involve relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Application, CRM, After Sales, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Affiliates, Dealers)_
- _ Coordinate and/or conduct Sales product training in classroom, web based or as E-Learning_
- _ Organize training events _
- _Collect the data from factory, and field to prepare training documents (competitor comparisons, fact, figures, arguments and customer benefits)._
- _ Establish training-course support documentation_
- _ Translate or manage translation of training documents and training-course support documents into other languages_
- _ Establish and follow up records in a sales training database and provide certificates to training course participants_
- _ Travel in and outside of Europe (expect approx. 60 days p.a.)_

**About you**:

- _
Experienced in presentation technique_
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in the OEM industry
- _Good presenter “entertainer” on stage in front of an audience_
- _ Fluent in English. Spanish, French or German will be a plus._
