Red Bull a été lancé en France le 1er avril 2008, 20 ans après la vente de la première canette en Autriche en 1987. Red Bull n’a pas seulement lancé un produit totalement nouveau, Red Bull a créé une nouvelle catégorie de produits - les boissons énergisantes.
Aujourd’hui, Red Bull est présent dans 172 pays et vend presque 9,8 milliards de canettes par an, un chiffre en constante augmentation
La mission de Red Bull est de « Donner des Ailes aux Gens et aux Idées ». Leurs équipes Marketing s’assurent de faire connaitre et de valoriser leurs produits de façon unique, autour de projets et d’initiatives qui sortent de l’ordinaire aux contacts d’artistes ou de sportifs : Red Bull Stratos, Red Bull Jour d’Envol, Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Cliff Diving etc.
Le siège de Red Bull France se situe au coeur du 17ème arrondissement de Paris, à quelques pas du Parc Monceau. Entièrement rénovés lors de l’emménagement en 2018, leurs bureaux offrent un cadre de travail décontracté et professionnel. Leurs espaces de travail sont à l’image de notre marque : des espaces créatifs pour encourager la collaboration et les interactions, des endroits pour pouvoir se concentrer, des salles de réunions connectées pour faciliter la communication, et des lieux de vie pour pouvoir se rassembler et échanger.
**Rôle**
Afin de répondre à cette ambition, le/la Culture Project Manager, sous l’impulsion du Culture Marketing Manager, aura pour mission : Le développement de leur stratégie Projets au sein des territoires d’expression suivants : Musique et Danse.
Le/la Culture Project Manager conçoit et exécute une programmation pertinente d’événements national. Il/elle est l’une des plus importantes sources d’innovation et de créativité dans la création d’événements et des projets du Culture Marketing.
**Missions**
Développement d’un programme événementiel national
- Vous concevez et développez un programme d’évènements nationaux innovant et original pour leurs cibles prioritaires avec une approche régionale et/ou nationale. Vous offrez des expériences uniques aux participants et aux spectateurs et favorisez la création de contenu pour les médias et socials creators ;
Événements & projets
- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de projet et de l’exécution du plan d’activation Culture Marketing ;
- Vous définissez et évaluez les facteurs de réussite ;
- Vous coordonnez et soutenez l’équipe de projet (lancement, bilan ) ;
- Vous êtes en soutien de la mise en œuvre d’initiatives locales, d’événements Red Bull, en étroite collaboration avec leurs 3rd Party et assurez la visibilité et l’accessibilité de leurs produits. Dans un premier temps, vous récupérez une série d’informations sur l’artiste : Profil, liens YouTube et Instagram, audiences touchées, actualités, connexions, soundchart;
- Puis dans un second temps, vous faites apparaitre notre niveau d’implication et d’attentes envers le profil: Seeding, studios, YouTube, release party, projet Artistes;
- Enfin, vous mesurez l’impact de la Stratégie Seeding via un tracking des posts sociaux, analyse de l’audience touchée, nombre de contacts atteints etc
Veille & Prospection
- Vous sourcez et alimentez le Culture Marketing Manager en identifiant les talents & créateurs émergents et innovants dans le but de dresser de potentielles collaboration avec la marque ;
- Vous identifiez les scènes régionales et locales influentes auprès de notre target group ;
- Vous suivez et soutenez les équipes Field Marketing et Media Network (accompagnement, network, process, stratégie, story telling, content ).
Brand Image
- Vous contribuez à la bonne perception de Red Bull en tant que marque de boisson énergisante et innovante dans la Culture en général (Musique & Danse), notamment grâce à leurs événements et notre solide réseau d’ambassadeurs.
Collaboration
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes locales et régionales afin d’assurer le déploiement des évènements Culture sur tout le territoire.
- Chez Red Bull France, des équipes Marketing sont déployées au national et en région. Au niveau national à Paris, les équipes sont spécialisées dans les domaines du Sport (Evénements, Athlètes), de la Musique, du Brand, et des Médias (Digital, Contenus, Communication). Au niveau régional, les équipes Field Marketing soutiennent toutes les initiatives sur leur territoire, et travaillent en collaboration avec les équipes marketing nationales et les équipes terrain, pour créer une expérience unique des consommateurs autour de la marque, du produit et des projets média._
**Profil**
- Minimum Bac +4 /+ 5, Études dans l’univers Marketing, Culturel et/ou Médias ;
- Expérience marques, évènementiel, boites de production, agences ;
- Anglais obligatoire : lu, écrit, parlé ;
- Solide expérience dans la création et gestion de projets artistiques.
