L’objectif de la recherche à l’IPC est de traduire plus rapidement la recherche fondamentale dans la pratique médicale, et de faire bénéficier plus tôt un nombre accru de patients des derniers progrès diagnostiques et thérapeutiques. Le Département de la Recherche Clinique et de l’Innovation est un des acteurs majeurs pour l’atteinte de cet objectif.

Au sein de ce département (labellisé DRCI en 2011), l’Unité De Gestion des données (UGD) prend en charge le data management des projets de recherche pour lesquelles l’IPC est promoteur ou gestionnaire, sous-traite le service à des promoteurs extérieurs dans le cadre de sa labélisation de Centre de Traitement de Données IPC-PACA par l’INCa.
Les projets comportent des recherches, mono et multicentriques sur médicaments (en partenariat avec des industriels), des essais de thérapie cellulaire, des essais de dispositif médical et des essais hors produits de santé (recherche translationnelle, études observationnelles).

CLINICAL DATA MANAGER SENIOR H/F

Missions

En collaboration avec l’équipe projet (chef de projet, statisticien, investigateur coordonnateur, moniteur) et sous la responsabilité du responsable de l’unité, vous serez en charge de toutes les étapes de gestion des données cliniques pour les projets de recherche clinique et de recherche translationnelle en cancérologie qui vous seront confiés, depuis la relecture du protocole jusqu’au gel et l’archivage de la base de données. Vous serez acteur du système de management de la qualité dans le cadre de notre démarche d’amélioration continue (Certification ISO 9001 depuis 2012) et participerez aux actions transversales d’amélioration de nos processus et de ceux du DRCI.

**CONNAISSANCES**:

- Bonnes pratiques cliniques et de data management (GCDMP)
- RGPD
- Un logiciel de Gestion de Base de Données Cliniques (idéalement ENNOV CLINICAL)
- Un outil d’analytique (idéalement QLIKSENSE)
- CDISC : CDASH et SDTM
- SAS base
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)

Profil

Expérience d’au moins 5 ans en data management (académique et/ou industriel)
- Dynamisme, réactivité, autonomie, bonnes qualités de communication (collaboration
avec l’équipe projet, animation de réunions ).
- Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.

**CONTRAT**:

- Contrat à Durée Indéterminée à temps plein (base 205 jours travaillés par an)
- Rémunération brute annuelle : 40 k€ selon expérience
- Statut cadre

projets de recherche au niveau du data management en veillant constamment à
l’optimisation et l’adaptation de nos processus aux besoins communs et spécifiques des
projets.
- Nous nous appuyons sur le standard CDISC dans la construction de nos bases.
- Nous accompagnons la professionnalisation des membres de l’équipe en favorisant
l’acquisition des connaissances et savoir-faire nécessaires à la réalisation des tâches, en
encourageant la cohésion et la collaboration entre les data managers, en bénéficiant
également des formations institutionnelles et des explications des investigateurs pour la
compréhension des pathologies concernées par la recherche.
- Notre expertise est sollicitée et nous sommes impliqués dans les projets institutionnels
concernant la donnée de santé (Entrepôt de données notamment).
- Nous participons activement à l’animation de réseaux et favorisons l’échange
d’expériences avec nos pairs.
- Nous contribuons à la formation en data management des acteurs de la recherche et des
futurs professionnels.
