YOUR ROLE

The PMO will be responsible to develop, drive and deliver high priority projects for the global Business Development management office.

This role is critical to ensure the successful delivery of of Global BD projects and other high priority commercial initiatives, from ideation, structure design, timeline, Business case elaboration to delivery in due time.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Monitor progress of all projects against agreed objectives and deliverables - ensuring swift follow-up and identification of remedial actions from project managers and/or sponsors where these are off track:

- Validate project business case assessing and rating ROI and alignment to strategic business goals
- Set up Project objectives and Structure
- Animate meeting with the Project team
- Be the key contact people on that project
- Facilitate the communication around the project
- Pressure-test the project content / rationale
- Bring ad hoc support to better manage time of project stakeholders
- Highlight project key progress and successes
- Report on results
- Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure global strategy being implemented and delivering results
- Gather and organize information on opportunity areas, and develop project plan with clear scope and deliverable
- Prepare management presentations and manage quarterly priorities for executive team meetings, sparring partner for executive level
- Draft compelling communication to high level stakeholders internally and externally to support the Head of Global BD Programs
- Work closely with Global Leadership team and key stakeholders across the organization to understand customer service strategy improving customer retention and churn, identify opportunity areas and make recommendations for improvement

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master’s degree
- Min 3/4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, project management, Supply Chain, Sales or related experience.
- Strong data analysis skills; experience working with both operational and financial data
- Strong communication, presentation and organization skills - ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear recommendations to senior leadership
- Absolute team player and ability to bring different opinions to consensus
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data
- Self-starter attitude is a must
