Contexte

Michelin Mobility Intelligence (MMI) est une entité du groupe Michelin qui a pour ambition de rendre les routes plus sûres. Ceci repose sur plusieurs offres de services:

- De meilleurs infrastructures routières (_Better infrastructures_) : diagnostic et aide à la gestion des réseaux routiers.
- Des infrastructures plus sûres (_Safer infrastructures_) : diagnostic et aide à l’identification et l’amélioration des zones de danger.
- La monétisation de données de mobilité (_Mobility Data Plateform_, _Location APIs_) : fourniture par API d’accès à des données de mobilité mises à jour régulièrement.
- La gestion de communauté (_Truckfly_, _Better Driving Community_).

Votre Mission

Nous vous vous proposons d’intégrer l’équipe Opérations/Customer Success avec un focus sur les offres
_Better infrastructures, Safer infrastructures, Location APIs_ et
_Better Driving Community_.

Nous avons la responsabilité de:

- Délivrer le service proposé dans nos offres et contractualisé avec nos clients
- Garantir une expérience utilisateur optimisée, de la définition/conception du projet, en passant par sa mise en œuvre et son optimisation, sa marche courante, sa clôture et son renouvellement
- S'assurer que les clients retirent le maximum de valeur des services qu’ils auront souscrits

L’équipe Customer Success est présente à toutes les étapes du parcours client et des interactions de ces derniers avec nos solutions et nos services.

Elle a une obsession : maximiser la valeur que nos solutions et services peuvent apporter à nos clients et accroître leur taux d’engagement.

Au sein de cette équipe, vous serez amené(e) à travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Chief Operation and Customer Success Officer (Europe et/ou Amérique du Nord), les Customer Success Managers et le responsable du Customer Contact Center (support aux utilisateurs).

Plus largement, et en lien avec les missions qui vous seront confiées, vous serez en interaction permanente avec l’ensemble des services MMI : Ventes, Marketing, Techniques.

Vous aurez pour mission d’aider l’équipe
_Opérations/Customer Success_ dans la mise en œuvre des opérations (logistique, analytics, support Customer Contact Center ) et des activités de Customer Success (onbaording, adoption, création et accroissement de valeur, opportunités d’upselling ) à destination de nos clients.

Vous apporterez votre contribution sur différents sujets : formation, communication, accompagnement technico-commercial, enquêtes de satisfaction (notamment Net Promoter Score), outils d’aide à la vente, processus logistiques, améliorations pratiques du Customer Contact Center.

Il vous sera demandé de proposer des quick wins pouvant être mis en œuvre rapidement.

En fonction de l’actualité, ces missions pourront également s’exercer sur un périmètre plus large incluant l’Amérique du Nord.

Compétences requises:

- Votre énergie, votre rigueur, votre organisation, votre capacité d’adaptation et d’initiative dans un environnement en perpétuelle évolution seront essentielles au bon déroulement de la mission.
- Votre capacité à travailler au sein d’équipes transverses et à collaborer seront également un atout essentiel.
- Une forte orientation client est requise.
- Une première expérience dans l’univers des services autour de la data serait un plus.
- Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral & écrit) est requise afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les équipes nord-américaines (niveau B2/C1).
- Niveau d'études : master 1 ou master 2
