To this end, we are seeking an experienced Technical Director who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- Responsibilities- Votre mission : Vous portez la responsabilité technique d’un ou plusieurs projets:
- En collaboration avec les lead programmeurs sous votre responsabilité, vous décidez des choix techniques et des technologies à utiliser pour atteindre les objectifs des projets.
- Vous anticipez les problèmes éventuels, vous prévoyez différentes solutions en fonction des circonstances.
- En collaboration avec les lead programmeurs et les producers, vous organisez le travail des équipes de programmeurs (backlog, roadmap et sprint planning) de manière à atteindre les objectifs des différents milestones des projets, tout en minimisant les risques.
- Vous êtes l’interlocuteur technique principal des clients. Vous êtes capable de comprendre leurs besoins et les retours qu’ils vous font. Vous leur donnez de la visibilité sur les choix techniques, architecturaux et organisationnels que vous avez décidé en collaboration avec les lead programmeurs et les producers.
- Vous êtes capables d’estimer la quantité de travail nécessaire pour un projet, de bâtir un staffing plan et une roadmap qui seront présentés à un client.
- Vous partagez vos connaissances et vous faites progresser les programmeurs du studio.
- Vous vous tenez au courant des nouveautés dans votre domaine (veille technologique) et vous partagez les informations avec vos collaborateurs.
- Vous participez avec le responsable du studio à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie du studio.
- Vous contribuez au processus de recrutement des programmeurs.
- Qualifications- Vous possédez 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo.
- Vous avez une expérience de lead programmer sur au moins deux jeux qui sont sortis.
- Vous possédez une maîtrise complète du C++.
- Vous maîtrisez la programmation bas-niveau, l’optimisation de code, la programmation multithread.
- Vous maîtrisez au moins un autre langage parmi les langages suivants : C#, HLSL, Python.
- Vous avez l’expérience de la programmation sur consoles.
- Vous maîtrisez au moins un moteur parmi les moteurs suivants : Unreal Engine, Unity, moteurs propriétaires.
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances d’au moins deux des domaines suivants : programmation outils, programmation rendu, physique, architecture et qualité du code, multijoueur, backend, CD/CI.
- Vous utilisez au quotidien la méthodologie Agile, vous avez l’habitude de travailler avec des milestones, vous savez organiser votre équipe pour atteindre les résultats attendus.
- Vous avez un excellent niveau de communication, à l’interne comme à l’externe.
- Vous êtes complètement à l’aise en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
