SMS COORDINATOR (F/H)

Rattaché(e) au Process Manager Group, le MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR (F/H) est un membre clé de l’équipe des opérations industrielles et assurera le rôle de coordinateur dans la mise en œuvre du système de management des sites de fabrication en Europe. Dans un second temps, ce système de management pourra être étendu à tous les sites du Groupe.

Son objectif est de travailler avec l’équipe Corporate pour améliorer et mettre à niveau le système, et avec les équipes de management des usines pour s’assurer que leur approche locale, leur culture de l’amélioration continue est bien cohérente avec le système de management du Groupe.

Il (elle) aura pour principales missions de:

- Accompagner la revue mensuelle des indicateurs (performance industrielle, performance énergétique, turnover, OEE ) sur l’ensemble des sites de production du groupe ;
- Coordonner, former et animer les activités des SMS Leaders sur chaque site de production (responsable de production le plus souvent) ;
- Créer des réunions de routine et les comptes-rendus afférents, compiler et partager l’information pour maintenir le programme SMS en vie.

De formation supérieure technique (Ingénieur ou équivalent), vous disposez d’au moins 3/5 ans d’expérience en Lean /Amélioration continue chez des équipementiers automobiles ou chez des constructeurs automobiles ou encore au sein de grands groupes industriels...

Vous avez une solide expérience dans la mise en place et le suivi d’un système de management et vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler avec des parties prenantes multiples et diverses dans un environnement de projet complexe, matriciel et interfonctionnel.

Anglais courant

Le poste est basé à Compiègne (60) de préférence. Possibilité d’être basé à Hambourg ou Prague.

Déplacements à prévoir en France et en Europe.
