Core Biogenesis leverages the scalability of plants to simplify and accelerate the mass-production of sustainable, high-performance recombinant molecules used today in Cultured Meat and Cellular Therapy and a new generation of biopharmaceuticals.

Core Biogenesis is a young and rapidly scaling biotechnology startup, based in Paris, France. Founded in 2020 by Chouaïb Meziadi and Alexandre Reeber, it is backed by some of the best European investors including Entrepreneur First and XAnge.

We are looking for a Process Development technician (DSP) to ensure the development and tech transfer of manufacturing processes as well as support manufacturing during deviation. In addition, PD lab would support small production of new molecules (in parallel to development).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform experiments to develop purification processes from seeds to final product
- Preparation of buffers
- Develop classical DSP techniques to achieve process expectations:centrifugation, grinding techniques, centrifugation, hollow fiber filtration, chromatographic and TFF techniques
- Perform experiments according planning as well as the analysis of outputs
- Management of equipment
- Ordering equipment/raw material when required
- Responsible of simple operational protocol/report writing specific to process development

**Requirements**:

- Experience (+2 years) in the field of bio-pharmaceutical process development/MSAT group
- Technical knowledge of biotechnology processes
- Master classical lab system (Chromatographic system, filtration system )
- Team spirit
- Rigorous and versatile
- French spoken and written, basic knowledge of English

Société de biotechnologie végétale, nous sommes spécialisés dans la production en plantes de protéines recombinantes, c'est-à-dire la production de molécules biologiques par des systèmes vivants.

Aujourd’hui, nous sommes positionnés sur le marché de la thérapie cellulaire et les entreprises opérant dans le domaine de l'agriculture cellulaire.

Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(e) en développement des procédés (DSP) pour assurer le développement et le transfert technologique des procédés de fabrication ainsi que pour soutenir la fabrication pendant la déviation.

En outre, le laboratoire PD soutiendrait la production à petite échelle de nouvelles molécules (en parallèle au développement).

**Responsabilités**:

- Réaliser des expériences pour développer les processus de purification des graines au produit final
- Préparation de tampons
- Développer des techniques classiques de DSP pour atteindre les attentes du processus : centrifugation, techniques de broyage, centrifugation, filtration sur fibre creuse, techniques chromatographiques et TFF
- Réaliser des expériences selon le planning ainsi que l'analyse des résultats
- Gestion de l'équipement
- Commander des équipements/matières premières lorsque nécessaire
- Responsable de la rédaction de protocoles/rapports opérationnels simples spécifiques au développement du processus.

**Pré-requis**:

- Diplôme universitaire pertinent (+2 ans d'études minimum) en biologie, biochimie ou dans un domaine connexe, technicien en biotechnologie ou équivalent
- Expérience (+2 ans) dans le domaine du développement de procédés bio-pharmaceutiques/groupe SMAT Connaissance technique des procédés biotechnologiques
- Maîtrise des systèmes de laboratoire classiques (système chromatographique, système de filtration...)
- Esprit d'équipe
- Rigoureux et polyvalent
- Français parlé et écrit, connaissance de base de l'anglais
