Bakery Technical Advisor Italy

Mission:To keep up with strong growth in Italy and ensure the high quality of service we are know for, Bridor is looking for a
**Bakery Technical Advisor **to join the Italian team. Reporting to the Country Sales Director and working closely with the wider Bridor sales and technical team, you are mainly responsible for:

- Technical assistance to the customers (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and retail channel)
- Training / supporting the sales teams of our wholesalers and customers
- Preparing the products and take part in business appointments and/or trade shows
- Controlling the baking centers of our customers

Profil:With an educational background in bakery or pastry, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef or as a Technical Advisor in the agro-food industry, ideally for gastronomic and/or renowned brands.

Dynamic and autonomous, you are known for your interpersonal skills, your pedagogy and your ability to plan and organize your own work.

You often travel throughout the country.

You are fluent in Italian and in English, and ideally in French.

Pour faire face à la forte croissance en Italie et assurer la qualité de service attendue et pour laquelle nous sommes reconnus, Bridor recherche un responsable technique en boulangerie pour rejoindre notre équipe en Italie. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Commercial et en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe commerciale et technique de Bridor, vous serez principalement responsable de:

- Apporter une assistance technique aux clients (hôtels, restaurants, cafés et canaux de vente au détail).
- Former et soutenir les équipes de vente de nos partenaires commerciaux et clients
- Préparer les produits et participer aux rendez-vous commerciaux et/ou aux salons professionnels
- Contrôler les centres de cuisson de nos clients

PROFIL

De formation technique en boulangerie ou pâtisserie, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en tant que Boulanger ou Pâtissier ou Conseiller Technique dans l'industrie agroalimentaire, idéalement pour des marques renommées.

Dynamique et autonome, vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre pédagogie et votre capacité à planifier et organiser votre travail.

Vous vous déplacez fréquemment sur l'ensemble du territoire.

Vous parlez couramment l'italien et l'anglais, et idéalement le français.
