**Le poste à pourvoir**:
**Le rôle**:
L'Analyst Financial Operations & Fixing sera placé sous la direction du CEO et travaillera en collaboration directe avec des prestataires de premiers plan (RSM, Mazars, RBC) Comptable, Commissaire aux Comptes et Dépositaire pour tenir et faire évoluer le Back et Middle Office d’Avanseo et garantir la conformité de nos opérations.
Ce rôle est destiné à un profil qui se veut à l’aise avec les chiffres et l’analyse afin de renforcer les opérations et le controle financier de l’entreprise.
**Les missions**:
- ** Gestion des opérations bancaires et trésorerie** : suivi et réconciliation des décaissements, prélèvements et mouvements de fonds à l’aide des automates en place
- ** Gestion de la vie des prêts** : préparation des prélèvements, suivi des remboursements anticipés, modification des conditions de prêt, et collaboration avec le support client
- ** Enregistrement et suivi administratif et comptable des positions** : enregistrement quotidien des positions, contrôle du bon enregistrement dans les systèmes, émission de rapports mensuels
- ** Valorisation des positions** : calcul et vérification de la valorisation des prêts, coordination avec un prestataire externe de valorisation, production d'indicateurs financiers pour la gestion de portefeuille
- ** Coordination avec le recouvrement** : remontée quotidienne des prêts en incident au recouvrement, travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de recouvrement
- ** Coordination avec l’équipe tech** : optimisation des outils de suivi, développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités (automatisations, workflows, calcul de performance, suivi, etc.)
**Profil recherché**:
- ** Expérience et formation**: Vous avez un cursus en BAC+4/5 en audit, comptabilité ou finance (étudiant en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université) et une première expérience dans la banque (middle ou back office), en audit ou dans un cabinet comptable est un atout.
- ** Compétences métier**: Vous disposez de solides connaissances en comptabilité et finance, et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques tels qu'Excel, ainsi que des bases du langage VBA. La connaissance du langage SQL est considérée comme un plus.
- ** Personnalité et qualités**: Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, autonome et responsable. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes, tout en restant efficace et respectant les échéances.
