Le salon Trocadéro offre une vue panoramique sur tout Paris et la dame de fer, il se transforme en rooftop bar éphémère « 10ème Ciel » lors des périodes de vacances scolaires et vous pouvez le privatiser pour vos évènements tout au long de l’année

L'équipe Event du Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel est à la recherche de son prochain(e) Event Manager dont les missions seront de:
- Etre l'interlocuteur unique du client "Meeting" dans la mise en place et le traitement de la prestation vendue et négociée par la Direction Commerciale
- Assurer le montage des dossiers dès la passation du dossier
- Gérer la satisfaction du client dès la signature du contrat de vente de l’événement jusqu'à la fin de la prestation
- S'adapter au client en lui proposant un mode de fonctionnement et un cadre sur l'organisation de la manifestation
- Coordonner les services impliqués dans la réalisation de l'évènement
- Respecter le budget et les standards de qualité
- Optimiser les ratios F&B
- Assure la facturation des dossiers
- Respecter le budget en suivant les indicateurs de gestion (CA mensuel, nombre de couverts...)
Vous êtes dynamique, créatif, persuasif et connecté, n'hésitez pas à postuler

**Expérience professionnelle**
- Expérience dans l'événementiel en hôtellerie
- 2 ans d'expérience minimum
- Votre connaissance dans l'organisation de mariages est un prérequis (évènements privés).
- Sens commercial / Persuasif
- Sensibilité aux nouvelles technologies et la connaissance de Delphi et d'Opéra est un plus
- Organisé, méthodique
- Autonome et proactif
- Fait preuve d'adaptabilité et de diplomatie face aux différents types de clientèle
- Fait preuve d'une bonne résistance face au stress
- Leadership / aptitude à fonctionner en réseau interne et externe
