**SCOPE OF WORK**
**PROFILE & CAPABILITIES**
**GENERAL MISSIONS**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the full lifecycle of website development projects, from gathering requirements to overseeing the development, testing, and launch of websites.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that website projects meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Support of the Head of Planning in the creation of project timelines and project budget management.
- In collaboration with the Head of Planning, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and ensure that the website development process aligns with their goals.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the agency stays up to date with the latest website development trends and technologies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Web Development.
- At least 3 years of experience in website project management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Good understanding of website development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple website development projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
