Role Overview
**Missions**
Docteur dans le domaine des matériaux avec une forte composante de synthèse, modification de surface et caractérisation de matériaux inorganiques, vous serez en charge de:
- mener les études pour le développement de nouveaux procédés de synthèse
- mener les études de caractérisation des matériaux inorganiques et hybrides
- développer des tests d'applicabilité
- assurer une veille technologique et concurrentielle du domaine et de proposer de breveter les résultats originaux obtenus dans le cadre de vos travaux
- communiquer sur l'avancée de vos travaux des projets de recherches
- encadrer des techniciens de laboratoire, stagiaires et/ou alternants et participer à leur développement
- gérer des projets de recherche étant à l’interface de différentes fonctions (business, industrielle, propriété intellectuelle etc )
- proposer de nouvelles idées de recherche, monter de nouveaux projets et programme de recherche
- proposer et gérer des collaborations externes pertinentes pour le développement des différents items cités ci-dessus (stages, thèses, post-docs, etc...)
**Formation et expérience**
- Fortes compétences en physico-chimie des solides, avec une expérience dans l'élaboration (synthèse et mise en forme) de matériaux inorganiques ou hybrides de différentes échelles de structuration (du nano au micro) et leur caractérisation, attestées via un Doctorat en CHIMIE spécialité INORGANIQUE, MINERALE, MATERIAUX....
- Une expérience en photoluminescence sera un vrai plus pour ce poste.

- Expérience avérée en termes d'esprit collaboratif, d'adaptabilité interculturelle et une aptitude à travailler avec des environnements variés (marketing, académiques,...).
- Dynamisme et force de proposition développée pour lancer de nouvelles études

Ce poste d'ingénieur de recherche (R&I scientist) au sein du laboratoire corporate R&I AIM (Advanced Inorganic Materials) du département FIM (Functional Inorganic Materials) est basé au centre de recherche de Paris (RICP) situé à Aubervilliers.
