**Transdev recrute un procurement tools Project manager H/F**
**Votre mission**
Vous serez chef de projet sur le Projet « Global Procurement reporting tool ». Vos missions consisteront à:
- Assurer le paramétrage de l’outil choisi selon les choix réalisés par la direction des achats
- Être le lien avec le fournisseur et l’IT interne pour les interfaces en écrivant les contrats d’interface
- Être le garant du respect des jalons internes du projet
- Effectuer le lien avec les parties-prenantes à l’international
- Organiser en interne les réunions de suivi et de déploiement
- Au quotidien sur l’outil Per Angusta
- Administrer l’outil dans sa totalité (chargement des bases, réponse aux utilisateurs, création de profils)
- Être l’expert de l’utilisation de l’outil et assurer les formations lors des nouveaux déploiements
- Sur les outils du périmètre achats France et Groupe
- Etablir la liste des outils, leurs interactions et spécificités
- Etablir pour chacun un synoptique de son utilisation
- Proposer une Roadmap de convergence de ces outils
Vos Indicateurs clefs de réussite sont:
- Réussite du déploiement du projet « Global Procurement reporting tool »
- Roadmap outil décrite, synoptiques établis
- Adhésion des pays
**Votre profil**
Formation Achats et bonne connaissance du processus achats
Expérience dans un contexte International
Très forte appétence pour les outils informatiques
Qualités de chef de projet
Excellente qualité relationnelle - Animation de réseau
Rigueur
Très bon niveau d’anglais

du management de ses fournisseurs et de ses référentiels
d’un pilotage efficace des gains,
et d’assurer le respect de la conformité achats au travers de la formalisation des processus et procédures, de l’animation des tiers, du pilotage des outils et de l’animation de la politique achats responsables.
