Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of enterprise digital solutions tailored for business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the business owner of group digital solutions, defining the digital services strategy, roadmap, and rollout in collaboration with Business Units (BU), IT, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Collect and coordinate BU needs, identifying service improvements through Design Thinking, and establishing value propositions and use cases.
  • Benchmark competitors' services, identifying market opportunities and ensuring differentiation.
  • Manage projects in agile methodology, ensuring the right balance between quality, time-to-market, and budget. Identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops with international teams to gather requirements and best practices for effective service deployment.
  • Create training materials and support documentation for internal and external teams, ensuring successful tool adoption.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B digital services project management, ideally with experience in portal management or shipping tools for enterprises.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French. A third language is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Pack-Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics. Experience in managing cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a digital environment, with a deep understanding of business needs and customer experience management.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce and logistics sectors, with an understanding of B2B customer expectations.
Location:

Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (with 2 days of home office per week). Occasional travel mainly within Europe (2 days per month).
