Zenchef (Tablebooker) is het meest gebruikte online reserveringssysteem voor restaurants in België. Je kent ons zeker want voor de grootste (restaurant)sites en evenementen als RestoDays, Google zijn we de reservatie partner.
Wil jij werken voor de marktleider in reservatie oplossingen en onze Business Developer voor Vlaanderen zijn? We zoeken nog 2 gemotiveerde collega’s voor de provincies Antwerpen en Oost-Vlaanderen.

Wat houdt je job in?
Onze missie is om de restaurateurs de nodige tools aan te bieden om klanten vlot en makkelijk de weg naar hun zaak te laten vinden en hun tafel te reserveren. Onze klanten ontzorgen staat centraal in onze missie. Topservice verzekeren is dan ook een must Als Business Developer voor de regio Vlaanderen ben je dé persoon die nieuwe prospects zal overtuigen van onze oplossingen.
Je probeert je realistische targets te halen in je regio.
Elke dinsdag kom je samen met je collega’s in ons kantoor te Zaventem om je afspraken in te plannen voor de komende week. Verder zijn er meetings om de voorbije week te bespreken en er worden ideeën uitgewisseld.
Je kan makkelijk bijpraten met je team. Het hoeft niet altijd over zaken te gaan. Onze informele hoeken in het kantoor zorgen voor een informele sfeer.
De rest van de week ben je de baan op bij restaurateurs om te luisteren naar hun noden en dit te koppelen aan onze oplossingen.
Je zet je bezoeken in ons CRM-systeem, Salesforce. Hierin werkt ook iedereen zodat je makkelijk kan samenwerken.
Met wie werk je samen?
Onze kantoren in Zaventem bevinden zich in een rustige omgeving. Je werkt heel veel samen met Wim, onze salesmanager. Hij is heel mensgericht, luistert graag naar je uitdagingen en zoekt graag samen geduldig naar oplossingen. Wim verkoopt zelf ook nog steeds waardoor hij goed de markt en de uitdagingen binnen het team aanvoelt.
Je collega’s zijn jonge mensen die er echt voor gaan maar dan ook graag eens iets gaan eten en drinken met het team.
Je communiceert met onze binnendienst afdeling die ondersteuning en service biedt aan je klanten, zodat jij je kan focussen op nieuwe klanten.
Bij vragen van je klanten kan je steunen op onze ervaren (technische) teams waarmee je rechtstreeks kan praten om zo snel te kunnen schakelen.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Een Business Developer met een interesse in horeca én food is een must.
Idealiter heb je eerste hunting ervaring, indien niet leiden we jou op tot een echte pro.
Je moet een intrinsieke motivatie hebben om resultaat te halen.
De juiste attitude is belangrijker.

**Een loon afhankelijk van je ervaring**: Bruto salaris: 2.200,00€ à 4.500,00€/maand

We bieden een kort opleidingstraject waarin je binnen de 2 weken operationeel zal zijn. Wim houdt de vinger aan de pols en helpt je waar nodig, ook collega’s springen graag bij om tips te geven.
**Snel rekruteringsproces van maximum 2 weken**: een eerste gesprek met Nyssia, wanneer dit positief is, zal je een gesprek hebben met Wim (salesmanager) en Paul. Daarna wordt er direct beslist.
